We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Free shipping on all orders over $10.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns

We want you to love what you receive. If you don’t, we’ll make it right.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

To start a return:

1. Email us at help@faithstone.org with your order number
2. We’ll send you return instructions
3. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items? Email us right away with a photo. We’ll replace it at no cost to you.
