Return and Refund Policy

At Faithstone LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review the policy below for instructions on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital products or downloads
- Items marked as final sale
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team at help@faithstone.org with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions and return address details.
Do not send any products back without receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at help@faithstone.org with a photo of the damage and your order number.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will correct the issue at no additional cost.
6. Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns.
